Refunds

We want the course to be worth it. If it’s not for you — here are the terms.

1. Timeframe

You can request a refund within 14 days of payment, and no later than the end of your track.

2. Amount

• before it starts — 100%;
• after partial use — pro-rated to the unused part;
• after completing the course — no refund.

3. How to request

1. Email [email protected] with the subject „Refund“.
2. Include your name, enrolment email and reason.
3. We reply within 3 working days.

4. Timing

We refund via the same payment method within 10 working days of agreement.

5. Exceptions

Refunds don’t apply to one-on-one mentorship sessions already delivered.
